My experience learning to drive with 2nd2None and Lorraine was absolutely incredible. From being absolutely terrified going around 1st gear, greeting junctions and having a breakdown in a housing estate to somehow pulling off a motorway lesson and multiple 8 hour lessons Id like to thank to team for booking in my lessons and tests.

Lorraine has always had the upmost confidence and patience with me whilst Ive had my various moments throughout our many hours together, from very much needed confidence boosts and great advice I couldnt be more thankful and shocked I came out with 2 minors on my test in Yeovil yesterday!!

I wish nothing but the best for Lorraine and the 2nd2None team!!!

It's the best place to do your driving I've learned more in a week then I did in 30 hours private the company is great and simple to use and my instructor Matt Jenkins what a legend honestly couldn't of passed without him I would always recommend him if your new nervous and want a calm and safe environment to learn in 10/10 would 100% reccomned for new drivers

I had a 4 day intensive driving course with this company, and I genuinely cannot fault them at all. Booking it was unbelievably easy, they were super helpful with how everything happened. The instructor as well, his name was Glenn, was amazing too! He was super helpful and I dont think I wouldve passed my test without him. Amazing driving school!

Emma was absolutely brilliant. She was kind, patient and very encouraging throughout my lessons. As an anxious learner starting from scratch in my 40s, I really appreciated how supportive and reassuring she was. She helped me grow in confidence and made learning to drive a much more positive experience than I ever expected. Ill genuinely miss our lessons and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Emma, especially to nervous or older learners.

Excellent company throughout - from the instructors to the admin work. The office managed to get me a test within a month of starting lessons (no easy feat with wait times at the minute) and I passed first time due to my instructor, Simon. Great all round.

I had such a fantastic experience with Royston Heath as my driving instructor. I was so anxious about learning to drive after not so great experiences before but I needn't have worried. Royston was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable. Passed first time with only one driving fault and couldn't be happier. Looking forward to coming back to him for a motorway lesson

Having started with their under-17 lessons, and then moving onto full lessons with Wayne Laurence, 2nd2NONE have been excellent throughout the whole process. Wayne is an excellent instructor, being very supportive and encouraging, but also very clear on where I needed to improve, getting me to pass within 5 months of lessons. I would highly recommend Wayne as an instructor for anyone in or around Yeovil, and 2nd2NONE as a whole.

As an older lady of 65 I was nervous to start driving but from my first lesson to my test Matt made my driving an enjoyable experience as well as teaching me all the skills I needed to pass. I would recommend 2nd2none and Matt Jenkins.

Great instructor who knew how to guide me through new challenges and how to improve on my weaker areas. As learning to drive is a scary experience for any new learner, Chris was able to reassure me and help me understand what I was afraid of.

As a result, each lesson to me felt like I was improving and even when I wasn't fully confident with my abilities we were able to approach the situation with a calm and positive attitude. For my test I had to learn in a new area that I was not at all familiar with, but within a few days I got to know the area well enough to help me on my test. Great guy to be around and I advise any new learner to fully trust his judgement for situations.

For my last lesson we spent longer than I initially anticipated parked and getting me in the right state of mind just by talking it through and I can honestly say without that I doubt I would have passed. Huge Thanks to my instructor Nick Webb who made it possible. I started learning in London and had 3 fails there, but in 1.5 m time here in Bristol, Nick actually taught me some technics, which helped me to achieve a great level of driving. Nick teaches with a personal approach, taking different personalities and abilities into consideration, which was crucial for me.

Best person to learn with without any doubt whatsoever, mistakes aren't treated as mistakes so much as things to learn from, and he always helped me to see the learning points in my errors (which at times must have been tedious for Darren).

Learning with Darren allowed me to have my own driving style from the get go and it's helped me to have plenty of confidence on the road and it really helped me coming into test day. I couldn't have been more prepared for the test as we spent plenty of time reaffirming all the things that i didn't feel too good about. One of the single most important things for me, and I think anyone else, is the environment that you learn in. Darren was so accommodating and was always up for a good laugh.

Every lesson has been enjoyable and gave me more confidence each time. The reflective logs he sends via email after each lesson became a valuable tool when it came to the day of my test as I could look back on these and go over areas I needed to improve. Jim has helped me learn to drive with ease and made me a confident driver.

I found the driving school on Google and It was easy to book my first lesson and Jim was easy to get along with and helped shape my learning over the course of a few lessons. After 4 intensive lessons I feel much more confident and capable already. Nick was always patient and explained things very well so I never felt worried when driving.

I can still hear her in my head when driving!

I felt supported informed and encouraged the whole time! James made it clear what we would be doing each day and asked me what I wanted to do as well. I found the driving school on Google and chose this school because of so many good reviews!

Avoid at all costs Unfortunately our experience with 2nd to none school was horrible and it is far away of being straight forward our simple as they advertise on their website We requested to teach my wife just Automatic driving and they send us Gareth as her instructor, who was ok at the beginning but from the early stages issues started to happen and we were just too blind to see In one time we paid for a block of 10 hours (300) and they didn't have a clue and after we spoke with them they came up with story that those hours were assigned by mistake to someone else!

Another time we booked and paid for 10 hours and on the first appointment Gareth never show up and when we called the company to check they didn't have this appointment reserved and after checking they discovered that it was their mistake. Another time she didn't feel very well and immediately he said that he can't let her drive if she isn't well and he took her back home and we still were charged for the 2 complete hours although he could have used this time for show intel that doesn't require her to drive.

We thought that all these are innocent mistakes the real problem started when we felt that we are being pressurised to keep booking blocks of 10 hours and every time my wife was asking him when will she be ready he was just avoiding a clear answer. After 60 hours he finally said to her that she was half way through! Of course this knocked her confidence down and she decided to give up on the whole driving thing.

We called the company to check if this is the case and James called us back and he told us that this isn't the case and that Gareth said she is very close to pass her test (which makes me wonder why was he saying to her that she is half way through except that he just wanted to keep her booking unneeded hours) I started to teach her myself and she became more confident, we reserve a practical test and we called them again to go with her to the test and they requested that she would reserve more hours so he can decide if she is ready or not When he showed up for the appointment he showed her that he isn't happy and immediately said to her let's see what bad habits you learned.

Once again he knocked her confidence down and put her off, when we called to complain about this situation we faced the most horrible customer service by Holly who introduced herself as one of 6 managers of the company who didn't care and eventually we were told that it is his call and they can't decide for him and maybe it is better for us to go and make the test on our own car. We have spent almost 2000 with this people and they didn't have the courtesy to treat us in fair way

Fantastic driving instructor! A really nice person who helped and coached me through my journey to passing my test today with 2 minors, second time! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of learning to drive.

I have thoroughly enjoyed having the instruction from Tracey Price, she is very patient and has never tried asking me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 2nd2none, or Tracey Price to anyone asking about driving lessons.

Was with a driving instructor for nearly a year but didn't seem to be getting anywhere, so gave up for a year. I decided to try 2nd2none, had about 20 hours of lessons and past my test first time. Would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help Chris Jennings :)

James Orgar is the best driving instructor I have had by far! Failing to progress with 2 previous driving instructors James really helped me to gain my confidence in driving and I finally got test ready with his help. I passed 1st time!

Thanks so much to Mark! I was the most anxious learner in the world and he was extremely patient with me. Made me feel at ease behind the wheel and was very encouraging. I had been with a couple of companies before hand and just wasn't happy with my learning. Would recommend him to anyone!! I feel like I could conquer the world now and will be able to expand my business and finally be able to take my children on day trips without getting a bus everywhere!!
