Very disappointing experience, I was told not to worry about the expiry date of the lessons due to the pandemic. Unfortunately during this pandemic, I wouldn't be able to do the lessons. I never heard from him again throughout the year. I recently emailed and was told the lessons had expired. After 4-5 angry emails, he then called me and was very aggressive on the phone. I had no option but to accept a partial refund due to his aggressive behaviour. He never once explained a new date he would cancel the lesson during the pandemic. I was gutted to lose this money and felt he had done me wrong.

I comfortably passed my test after two months of weekly lessons with Manik at Echo Driving School. He is very friendly and professional and his positive encouragement made our lessons a relaxed and fun experience- so much so that I almost wish I hadn't passed first time! Manik was my driving instructor and he was brilliant at teaching me the proper way to drive. At times he was so strict that you would think he was an examiner! He always made me feel at ease though and was punctional. He taught me so well that even though i didn't pass my first test I made up for it in my second as only got 1 fault on my paper and stupidity that was an answer i got wrong. I would reccommend anyone wanting to learn how to drive to get lessons from him. Lovely guy and great teacher.
