Amazing and very knowledgeable service. Was greeted and seen to immediately, as well as all the Covid precautions they have in place here. Harvey picked out 3 different styles of shoe for me, after assessing my requirements. The very first pair I tried on were perfect, though I still learnt alot from him in trying the others out too. Will definitely be coming back as they also have an in-house physio who specialises in running, who may be able to help with my own personal needs.

Really pleased with the service I received on my first visit to Accelerate this morning. Debbie was very friendly and offered excellent advice on the right running shoes for me. She really knew the products and could clearly tell which shoes offered me the best fit and performance when she watched me run. Looking forward to many miles in my new Sauconys and future visits to Accelerate.

Just bought my first proper running shoes. It's the first time someone's taken the time and effort to understand my feet and what I want to do before making a recommendation. I've paid a little more than hunting around for the cheapest price but it's insignificant when you take the quality of service into account. With these guys I feel confident that I can "Buy once, buy right". Thank you
