  • I would recommend this business

Andrew is an amazing driving instructor he has been teaching my son to drive I have been very impressed with his teaching skills, he is very calm and excellent at explaining things. My son has enjoyed every lesson. The most important thing for us was that our son became a safe and confident driver and Andrew has succeeded in that. I have been amazed at the level in which my son can manoeuvre his car !!! Not only do I feel confident that he is a safe driver but I also know he will be able to park his car.
I would absolutely recommend Andrew Usher and will definitely be using him in 2 years time for my younger son.
Thank you Andrew for getting Luke through his test 1st time.

Andrew is a patient, friendly and methodical instructor, who is exceptionally generous both with his time (as far as availability will allow- he is justifiably popular!) and his advice. As someone who was by no means a natural or confident driver, and who found all aspects of driving challenging, Andrew was unfailing patient and encouraging- he even put back his family holiday by a day to accommodate my test date! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone; he is an outstanding instructor, who prioritises safety and complete mastery of the basics, but more importantly, he made our lessons, driving full stop, enjoyable.

Andrew is an extremely nice man and an accomplished driving instructor. He ensures you have excellent control of the vehicle and therefore allows you to feel confident both in driving around the city and in mastering the manoeuvres necessary to pass the UK driving test.

Andrew is extremely flexible both in the timings of driving lessons and in pick-up and drop-off locations. He clearly cares about his students' progression and welfare. He takes time to carefully explain the different aspects of driving as you progress through the syllabus.

I would highly recommend Andrew to learn to drive with in Oxford. What set him apart as a driving instructor, in particular, was his gentle and calming influence and his constant positive outlook both on driving and on life in general.

Customer Testimonials

Andrew was such an amazing teacher, calm and very patient. I was really nervous to begin with, but he gave me lots of confidence, and now I have passed my driving test! Thank you so much Andrew, I never thought this day would come!

Andrew has been a fantastic teacher - he is very calm and has given me confidence behind the wheel. He takes time to give you the basic skills, which really pays off later. Would recommend him to anyone!

Very nice person who brings a lot of confidence into your driving, never rushes you to do anything radical and makes driving (which for anyone taking lessons can be traumatic) pretty relaxing, preparing you for the real world! I'm very appreciative of his tutelage and would reccomend him to anyone nervous or lacking in confidence.

Fantastic, calm driving instructor, I was very nervous but Andrew soon put my nerves to rest. I passed first time and couldn't have done it without you! Thanks so much!
